Mode of reservation:
If you are interested in renting an apartment, it is necessary to contact estate agency Agenzia Zadina to confirm the availability of a chosen apartment in the certain period and to find out its exact price.
To make a reservation of an apartment, it is necessary to make an advance payment of the 30% of the total amount, that will specify Agenzia Zadina. It is possible to pay also with a postal order that must be received within 15 days after making reservation. A rest to pay with a deposit must be paid the day of lodging.
Agenzia Zadina will give you the deposit back at the end of your staying if an apartment remains in the same conditions as at the beginning of the stay.
A price includes the cost of water and electricity. It does not include the cost of gas in the apartments provided with gas bombs.
